Back when I was working in this big retail company about a year ago, our team always have the need for a wide vocabulary. The internet has helped a lot on this. I was with the process documentation team and our job was to document the existing processes the company is doing, create a proposal, present it to the board and concerned associates, edit documents for changes, present it again, finalize it by letting the bosses sign it, and store it for implementation and references. So you see, it really involves a lot of technical and ordinary terms.
Sites like dictionary.com or wikipedia can give you options in using word alternates as well as giving you the word meaning (try New Jersey blepharoplasty if you could easily find what it means).
The web has widened the vocabulary of many. I for one who isn’t that good in spelling and grammar can be helped a lot.
Thanks webby.

Every time I take look around my sites, I always think of something new to add or a redesign that can be done soon. The problem is, I’m occupied with things at hand most of the time that it becomes less priority (since the site is already up and running).
Each time, I try to make a mental note on how to do it step by step (just like this San Diego face lift procedures , hehe). I always run into this small organizer of mine to list all before my memory fails me. Especially when I see a feature from another site that I think would be good to add on mine (benchmarking, a.k.a. copying, hehe), I cram on my notes so as not to forget.
Many times, when I see a feature from other site that I really like, I make it an opportunity for myself to learn new things in terms of design and programming. It challenges me to make things better.
But then, reality is still reality. I have to give it some time before I could work on it. My unofficial motto: “So much to do, So little time”.
Someday, I’ll find time.. Some time

One time, I received this email talking about a certain breast infection than can be acquired in fitting unwashed bras. The article was interesting but when I scrolled on to see the picture, I saw this image of a breast having all these larvae in it. I am pretty sure it was already edited (since it has holes beautifully arranged around the curve) but it still gave me that weird, eeky feeling that made me want to vomit. I’m not kidding, really. I still feel it every time I recall the image in my mind. I can’t imagine seeing it for real, yikes!
The web has a lot of it, from beautiful landscapes to morgue pictures, pictures of rhinoplasty to painting master pieces. The web has become so full of those; it can vomit anytime (hehe, just kidding).
Try to take a tour around and see for yourself how dynamic (not to mention extreme) the worldwide web already has.

As limitless as the cyberspace is, the types of people you’ll find in the worldwide web is very much varied. There are millionaires and businessmen and women, hobbyists and artist, activists and passives all contributing to the ever growing content of cyberspace. Why not? The cyberspace was created to be freely accessed by any individual with a computer (or anything that works like it e.g. palmtops, cellular phones, half breed palmtops and cellular phones, etc.) and an internet access.
People from Bill Gates to Daniel Radcliffe, Picasso and Neil Crespi can be found just around the corner. Theories formulated by long gone mathematicians, scientists, theologians, psychologists and many others can easily be access in hundreds, if not thousands of individual web pages, all in a click of a button.
This has extremely revolutionized the power of information dissemination and web developers are constantly creating new and better ways in delivering these information.
Cool.

One day, I had the knack to take a tour around popular websites and blogs. I have seen part of millions of people blogging and designing websites and all. I realized in the faintest of my senses how huge the worldwide web already is and how it is growing exponentially.
With endless possibilities, many are disheartened to continue the journey towards a possible success in the information technology realm. The web is getting so full, so concentrated yet never to explode.
Suddenly, the realm became portal for selling, marketing, communication, getting heard, and stuff. Products and services are also being sold through it (from slippers to speedboats, gardening to Miami face lifts ). Its potential is so much, it can overwhelm you.
The web is a promising field to play in. The dynamics of trade on it is also unlimited. An example I could give is the selling of perfume and colognes online using a “scent printer” that mimics the scent of a product for the possible buyer to choose well just by staying online. I do not know yet if the printer is already being sold for individual use (try searching the google)

By the way, I went trying different applications before. My first webpage was created using the online design tool offered for free by geocities. It was simple but it was the start of my web design passion. It was really a personal webpage - a picture and several personal details I can afford to share. The design was really “teenager” kind of design. It was a brick wall with lots of neon vandals on it. Pretty much “Bronx” looking. It was fun though and I was very proud sharing it to my classmates who are fond of going online for 30 bucks an hour.
It was also that time that chatting in mIRC was a hit for highshool studs. Most of the girls in the class were going crazy about it. I was interested the least (unless it’s Starcraft, hehe).
Well, at that time i guess website makeovers were not that frequent yet. Although there are definitely changes and improvements going on around the web. Was Chicago plastic surgery already there? Maybe.

Well, I wasn’t really finished on that web designs yet. The whole thing (and still going on) has done a lot of good for me still. I was able to practice my Photoshop skills throughout.
To be honest, I was having a hard time shifting from my previous graphics editing tool to this one. I was using Paintshop Pro since end of high school for school needs and several web designs (back when css was the talk of the web design world and AJAX was still being conceived, I think). My first web site then was hosted at geocities.com (mann.. what a long url). I could still remember it.. http://geocities.com/deepershadesofblue (don’t bother clicking it, it’s no longer there
). I think plastic surgery Naples, FL wasn’t established yet then as well.
From there, a lot has happened in the web. Sites were turning stylish, with everybody going crazy over curve over round edges and minimalist designs. Some remained as is, simple, functional and effective. They are considered classics as their designs are considered timeless, no matter how the web design trends change from time to time.

It has been a while sine I have been using Photoshop to create web designs. One problem I encountered was that I frequently change my mind in creating a design. I start something but later on, I find it unappealing. Then I’ll go make another and another and another. The result?… No finish product which later on leaves me frustrated.
I then went to inspect myself why I always do Northern Virginia blepharoplasty on my work. Until now, I still don’t know why. He he. But even without that, I made a conscious decision to stick to the first plan until it has been materialized. Only then will I critic my work and create another one. Turns out to be a good decision to make..
It gives you the breathing time to think and rethink, to maximize your initial idea and do the best out of it before finally deciding to opt for another.

Wow, it has been almost four months now from the last time I’ve written here. I tell you, a lot has happened. I got employed and went out. The family has been through a lot as well.
What’s up with my web development?
I have been doing a lot of wordpress work and is quite getting good in it
(please allow me just for once). Let me go back to where I was before this post. (Scrolling the page)
Ah yes. I have just finished that alnavarrohigh.com site. Unfortunately, it’s no long er avaialable no (again) grrr!!! hehe.. well anyway, I don’t think it was a waste of time as I have learned a lot doing that project.
I was thinking lately if this job would allow me to get rich just like George Lindemann . Well, not really. I don’t want to get that rich anyway. Making a living for you and your family is enough. as long as you can provide their needs.. you can make your family intact and happy.. that’s good enough

Hi. It’s been a while since I posted here. My, I have learned a lot since then. I’ve finished my high school site as well as one High School site (http://alnavarrohigh.com). I like designing and I’m still in the stage of creating really good designs. I hope I could wrap things up. By the way, I was also prompted by a friend tonski to learn XHTML. So I did and it was a great feeling to finish something. I’m that kind of guy, I feel fulfilled when I accomplish something. Making things worth it afterwards. The learning is not that easy, I tell you. But it’s really something I am very passionate about. It’s a risk, yes. Knowing that I didn’t graduate for such industry. But, we choose where we go. I must decide now if I don’t want to regret things in the future. It’s really a great experience. To risk for something you want to have. Well, that’s it for now.
P. S. Thanks for all those who go for free infos and help aroun net. You Rock!
